During the Asuka and Nara eras, when Japanese culture was at its peak of maturity, sake was already being produced and enjoyed. Since ancient times, Kyoto has been the center of sake production. It was in the 28th year of the Meiji era that Saito Sake Brewery was born against the background of this distant passage of time. Since then, we have carefully cultivated this brand in the Showa and Heisei eras, and now we are sending out famous sake all over Japan and overseas, and it has received high praise in various places.
